Printing problems from PC Word doc

I am just upgraded from office:mac x to office:mac 2004 I thought this
would fix the problem, it has not. I am trying to print a document that
has been origionally been designed in Word 2003 for PC and then emialed
to me. When I open the whole document is there, but when I print the
bottom 1/2 inch is missing. It is in the footer and cuts off the logo
and page number for all pages. Can any one help. I have tried microsoft
and they have given me a teir2 tech, but they are still stumped

Try composing it to a different printer. Perhaps the printer you are using
has different margins as the printer it was composed to. I've run across
this a time or two--particularly when it was composed to a PCL printer in PC
versions of Word.

Does the whole page show when you do a print preview?
