I'm having trouble printing emails from a certain individual in outlook 2003.
When I try to print emails from "chris" I can't . I try using the printer
icon nothing happens, when I go to file-print the print window comes up, I
click ok then nothing happens. All other emails from everyone else within
outlook print fine. It's just the ones from "chris" that just won't print.
Even older emails that I received from "chris" won't print now and I could do
so before. I can forward these emails to another user and they print just
fine. I'm usine Win XP Pro with SP2, the only thing that I've done to the pc
the day before this started happening was to use windows update. I've even
tried restoring the pc to an earlier time without any successs. Please help
this is driving me nuts!
PS. I am able to print these emails from "chris" through our portal as well
as webmail.
