Printing problems remain

One last effort before I go back to my previous version of office. I am having trouble printing docs with some of the new SmartArt graphics. My last post was when I had trouble printing after receiving a document to edit from a colleague.

I have now run into the same issues with documents created myself. It is intermittent in the sense that most docs print fine.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi Brad:

Sorry, I don't see your earlier post, so I do not know what OS you are using
or what the problem you are having actually IS.

There are some people with particular printer models who are having "Can't
print at all" problems.

But nobody has (yet) reported an "intermittent" printing problem.

Let's have a full description of your software and your problem and we may
have something more helpful.
