Printing problems with contacts in entourage 2004

Hi,

It is not possible to print a contact with Entourage 2004 (with
10.3.5).

If I try to print one contact from the contact window opened, I get an
error message: The action cannot be completed. An unknown error
occurred (-30876). And the Preview window is empty (which is
consistant with the issue).

If I try to print from the contact list, nothing happens.

I have no other printing problems.

Any fix known?

Try creating a new printing form, and/or deleting your existing printing
forms (or recopying them from your install disk).
