Printing Problems with OSX

Bob

Whenever I try to print a multi-page excel document on my HP PSC950
Printer only one sheet prints at a time. I can go in and select
individual sheets to print, but that requires printing one page at a
time. I have downloaded and installed the latest printer drivers
thinking that mucst be the poblem, but this has not helped. The print
dialogue box seems to indicate that all pages are sent, but only one
page will print. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've had similar problems with my DJ990cse that was fixed with a later
driver file.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!

Hey Bob-

It does sound like a driver problem, but here are a couple of ideas if
you haven't tried them yet.

Assuming that all the information is on 1 worksheet:
1) Select the range of cell containing the data to be printed. Then go
to File>Print Area>Set Print Area. To avoid wasting paper switch to
Print Preview and see how it looks. If Okay, go ahead and print.
2) I that doesn't help, select the range of cells as above, but then go
directly to File>Print and choose the Print What option for
"Selection". You can also switch to Print Preview from there & see how
that works.

If I misunderstood and your data is on several different worksheets,
are you are choosing "Entire Workbook" in the Print What options?
Good Luck|:>)
