When I installed the product I could print with no problem.
I added some items to my calender which I tried to print. I received an
error message as follows:
Unable to save print settings. Make sure the file C:\Users\My
account\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlprnt exists annd can be written
to.
I checked the file at the path described in the message and it shows
Outlprnt0, Outlprnt1, Outlprnt2 etc. There is no Outlprnt file there.
I am useing Vista Ultimate and Office 2007 Ultimate.
I found an old document on the microsoft resource web site that says to
delete the Outlprnt file... exit office... open office and try prinint a job
to recreate a corrupt file. It creates the files I mentioned earlier and
still will not print....
I have run Office diagnostics and it says everything is working fine.
I have tried to repair my Office installation and it still doesn't work.
Since Office sets itself up for every user account I set Office up for
another user account on my computer and it will not print with that account
either.
I am useing a HP OfficeJet 7410 All-in-One..... The problem is NOT with the
print driver.... Outlook will not create or write to the Outlprnt file....
it insists on adding a number to the end of the filename...
Any assistance would be much appreciated since this is driving me nuts.
All my other Office 2007 applications print just fine.
