Printing problems

A user has a spreadsheet that is set to print at 63%.
The page looks good in preview, it fills the page width
(landscape), but when it prints, it prints about 1/2 the
width of the page. The same thing happens when you
choose fit to page.

Any ideas?

I've had similar problems with Xerox printers..........and their
drivers.........
Try printing the file to another printer, preferably HP, and/or using
another computer......isolate the problem as to if it's always with just
that file, just that computer (to different printer manufacturers) or always
to that printer.......
