Printing problems :(

Error Message: "The section width is greater than the page
width, and there are no items in the additional space, so
some pages may be left bank."

It appears that the the file is okay but the detail and
the page and report header boex are very long and extende
aross the rug. I cannot delete them. Can anyone assist?

Mabyn,
I don't think it's the report length that's causing the message, but the
report width.
The width of the report plus the width of the left and right margins are
greater than the width of the paper.
Make the report width narrower, and/or make the margins smaller.

you have 1 or more items that extend past the margin of
your report. To find them all (sometimes the horizontal
lines hide by the group 'bars') put the cursor on the top
rule in design mode and click. that should select all
items underneath (vertically) the cursor. Move or resize
all those items until nothing extends past the margin.
Check page setup to make sure your margins are not too
big. Test whether you have found everything by draggin
the righthand edge of the report back to the left to the
number of printable inches (8.5 x 11 with .5 margins left
and right = 7.5 printable) if the report edge pops back
out to the right, you have missed resizing or moving one
or more objects. Repeat above until you can move the
report edge back within the printable area.
