Printing problems

A user has an Excel 97 spreadsheet that won't print
properly. Whe she previews the print job it looks OK,
filling the sheet. But when it prints, it only prints in
the upper left hand corner, about 1/2 the width of the
page. I am able to print the file with no problems from
Excel XP. Any suggestions?

Does she use the same printer as you?

A long time ago, we had HP series II (I think) printers that printed about half
the data. It turned out to be a memory problem with the printer. (Same thing
happened at home with a panasonic printer.)

They increased the memory (at work) and I bought more for home use and
everything printed ok.
