We have moved to Office XP Word 2002 SR-2. The
printers/drivers are saved on active directory. We have a
visual basic macro that perform functions to copy the
document a specified amount of times and that sends it to
a specific HP8000 printer. It takes forever to perform
these functions and print. We used this macro with
Windows 95--Word 6, and it was extremely fast, where we
were able to perform at 100%. Now with XP, we are
performing at about 70%. Anyone have a clue where the
problem may be. Is it active directory controlling our
printers? Is XP a slower processing problem?
