Printing Quality

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Whilst I am new to Mac I am not new to Office Products. I created a Powerpoint Presentation, applied the 'draft' quality print option and when I was happy with the end product went back into the print menu to change print quality and that option to change does not appear on the print menu. I also found this happened with a Word Document - is this a glitch, or am I missing something, cause its a really silly thing; the print options are not difficult to find.

Tks!

Macs do things differently.

Go to the Print dialog and review the various options.

Your Print dialog should be in one of two forms:

the short form, with two pull-down menus, a triangle up near the top
pull-down menu, and five buttons in a row on the bottom of the dialog

the long form, with the two pull-down menus and triangle, but with _six_
buttons across the bottom of the dialog, and with multiple items in between
the lower of the two pull-down menus and the line of buttons. The exact
layout of your long form will depend on the type of printer and how you have
it set up. Which printer are you using, and are you using the long or the
short form Print dialog?
