printing queries in design mode

In lotus approach there was a facility to print out the
contents of all the fields held in the database, the
calculated fields were printed out in full.

Is there a facilty in Access to print out the contents of
a query which would show the contents of a calculated
field?

Thanks

Craig.

Craig:

Your post is unclear. In the subject you talk about design mode. If you
need to document a queries fields/tables etc. The go to tools -> Analyze ->
documenter and select the query to print out the specs on. (Note this uses
a bit of paper). If you want to print the output (contents of a calculated
field?) then open the query and simply go to file->print.

unfortunately, I do not have documenter installed, the PC
is a works owned one and I don't have the installation
disk.

Well, that's your only other real option, unless you want to purchase a
third party tool such as one from FMS, Inc. Get the Admin to get the disc
and then add the Advanced Wizards.
