printing question

I work for a company that is printing archived e-mails.
It would be great for us, and save a lot of time, if we
could set excel to always print the entire workbook.
Does anyone know of a way to do that?

Well it's obvious you wouldn't care about wasting paper. You waste enough
bandwidth. I suppose the bacteria that live in your lower intestines might miss
you when you're gone. Other than in this newsgroup, it's unlikely anyone or
anything else would notice.
