printing question

Our server is set to gray scale, so that any regular print jobs that come
thru will print black and white.
But suppose, take for instance, John prints a document(from his computer)
and he goes in and changes his black and white to color. He prints his job in
color.....now every job he prints in that particular program will print in
color if he does not change it back to gray scale. Is there some kind of
setting that will change it back to black and white (gray) after each print
job?
Or Is there any kinda of software program that will set your default back to
gray scale (black & white) after a print color job?

wildpuppy,
This doesn't sound like a question specific to MS Project, a planning
and scheduling application. I suggest you post to a general newsgroup on
Windows, or ask you server administrators.
