printing realistic colour

printing pictures from word produces less than realistic colour images -all
have red hue.
Cannon IP5000 printer - other programs work OK.

You probably need to upgrade the printer driver. The one you have apparently
doesn't work optimally with the version of Word you're using.

many thanks - have re-installed drivers then manually aligned print heads
after celaning and deep cleaning- a complicated process but it worked .may be
useful to other canon pixma owners
