Printing related error

When I try to print out a Power Point presentation I get
an error stating: "The printer is currently busy or the
printer queue is full. Try to print again at a later
time." I get this error despite the fact that there are
no pending jobs in the printer queue. There is nothing
for the printer to be busy with. I only get this error
when using Power Point. I do not get it when using any
other programs.
