Printing report only once.

I have created a trouble call database, with in this database I have a
report to print. I want to be able to print this report only once, when the
button is pushed for printing this report it places a true value or check
mark in a printed field within the table. My query will automatically
certain criteria.

Thanks,
Snide

Is there a question here?
Are you asking how to go about doing this, or are you telling us you have
done this?

Just a word of caution, either way.
The fact that you have pushed a button to print a report does not mean that
the report has been successfully printed. The printer can be out of paper,
out of ink, unconnected, someone else could have inadvertently walked off
with the report, etc.

It would be wiser to wait until you have the report pages in hand, and then
click a button to indicate the report has been printed.

So if you do have a question, please re-post.

Fredg,

I understand that comprehension is 9/10 of the law. If I am posting to this
group obviously I have a question. With all sarcasm aside, THANKS FOR
NOTHING. I could have figure out the obvious.

Great support we have here, I hope these kind of answers don't continue.
Because I remember when in a news group you could get help. Someone would
give you code that would help you. Not a short cut to a reference that
might work. Is this what these newsgroups have turned into? One another
not helping each other, but someone trying to sell you something to help
build your database. Great?

Not many people do what we do, why can't we keep this community tight?

Thanks; I got this one for action myself.

Snide,
You would be best off not showing an attitude like this. Clearly, you have
no clue as to how to ask a question if your original post was a question.
You also seem quite mis-informed about the benefit of news groups and the
level of support.
