Printing reports from Access database

I have Microsoft Office XP Professional. When I generate
a new report and go to print it, there is gray shading in
the background, which shows on the preview and also
prints. I cannot figure out how to delete the shading. I
have Office Professional at work and have never
encountered this problem. Does it have something to do
with the XP operating system?
