Printing reports from forms

I have created a database with my active directory group information & rights
to folders and am able to do a print preview that shows each group. however,
when I try to print the reports, Access seems to be running the queries over
and over... And not sending job to printer.

My question is, does Access have to query for each page in the printout? Is
there an easier way to get the printout?
