I am trying to print a resource graph for the period 11/06/08 12:00am
to 14/06/08 06:00pm.
I want to print it out to fit on one page but that option is greyed
out in Page Setup? So I have tried to use the "Adjust to" field in
Page Setup.
I have my middle tier with Days as the units and 1 as the Count. I
have my bottom tier with Hours as the units and 1 as the Count.
At 100% on Print Preview I can see all my columns spread across 4
pages (A3 size). At 50% my graph is spread across 2 pages.
Once I get down to 45% on Print Preview, my graph is still across 2
pages but I've lost the data from 13/06/08 08:00am to 13/06/08
07:00pm. The time period still appears on the graph but there are no
resources shown across this period (no columns).
I have resources in this period from 08:00am - 09:00am and again from
12:00pm - 06:00pm. These columns appear when I view my Resource Graph
and when I view the Print Preview as long as its at 50% or higher.
Has anyone come across this before or know the best way to fit my
Resource Graph to print on one page?
Cheers.
