Printing Sales Receipt Template

I'm trying to print my Sales Receipt Template, but both my printers are not
printing the first 4 lines from the top of the template. It prints
everything else after the first 4 lines. Can anyone help me. Am I doing
something wrong? Do I need to change a setting?

Is there a margin on the top of the receipt? Can your printer print borderless?

Hi Mary, there seems to be a margin on the top of the receipt. My printer
can print borderless. I forgot to mention in my original message that my
printer is printing out the shaded background color on the top of the
receipt. However, it's not printing out the text. I tried changing certain
settings, but nothing worked. So, I decided to download the Sales Receipt
template again. Now, it prints out the text but the shaded background color
