Printing sended messages

Hi all, we have to document everthing we do. This is done by printing the
sended message when it applies, however, we need to show the attached files,
in Text only messages it shows the attached file when printing.
But when we have email messages in different formats i.e. HTML, or RTF,
printing the sent message will not show the icons.

Is there a solution to this??

Change the format to plain text and then print.

I do not have that chance to change the format once sent.
