Printing sets document modified status

Does anyone know how to disable printing sets "document modified" status? I can't find this option.

I have Microsoft Word 2003 with ALL service packs and other updates installed.


It is very annoying when I save a file, then decide to print it and then close the document. Because the
document was printed, I am asked if I want to save the changes. What changes? All I did was print it.
