Printing setup

Hi,

I hope i,m in the correct place for this question.

In Tools - Options - Print whenever I open a new document
it is always set to reverse printing so multi-page
documents are always printed the wrong way around. How can
I make the 'reverse print' box stay unchecked by default.

The "Reverse print order" option should always default to your last
selection.

Since this preference is stored in the Registry your current settings
are not updated in the Registry until you exit Word. And Word uses the
settings for the last document window you close to update the
Registry. IOW, if you have more than one document option when you make
the modification then your changes may not be saved.

Try the following:
- Start Word
- Go to Tools/Options/Print
- Turn off "Reverse print order"
- Click OK
- Exit Word
- Restart and verify your modification
