We have default printers with preset Printing Shortcuts for
Everyday/Simplex/Duplex printing etc. These work fine on most machines and
show up under 'Printing Preferences' in the Windows Printers window, but
inside Office products on certain PCs the Printing Shortcuts tab is totally
blank? I have reinstalled Office 2k and tried Office 2k3 on a PC today but
there is no change. Deleting and remapping the printer(s) in question also
has no effect. Anyone got any ideas as the Net is a bit of a blank on this
symptom too?
