Printing - Slides and Notes Together ?

I would like to be able to print my slides with my notes on the side
(instructing preference) just like i used to do on my PC (sending it
to word). When i go to print>copies & pages>microsoft power point i
don't see a setting for this. Is there another way to do this ? When
i try and send it to Word the notes disappear. Anyone ?

Hi Summitboy,

There are some differences between the Mac and Windows versions of
PowerPoint, and this is one of the places where the functionality is
quite different.

If your goal is to send your presentation to Microsoft Word, there is a
feature of both Mac and PC to use File > Send To > Microsoft Word. The
Mac version only sends the text to Word. The PC version gives you many
options about what to send to Word.

However, if your goal is to print your slides with notes, on the Mac use
File > Print. In the Print dialog box choose to print Notes. In Mac
PowerPoint you can send that to the printer, or make a PDF file by
clicking the Save As PDF button in the Print dialog box.
