Printing SMARTTAGS from Visio

Hi,

Is it possible to actually print SmartTags from a Visio diagram?

They are an excellent quick visual indicator of 'status' of shapes
within the drawings, but without the ability to print them, they render
the solution somewhat obsolete.

Perhaps a setting or an API i could use?
