Hi,

When I'm in printing and want to print a specific page after viewing in
Preview, is there a way to select from within Preview that certain page, or
range of pages to print??

Thanks and Happy New Year.

Since you didn't say which Office or OS version, nor did you mention
which application, I'll assume that you have Office 2004 and OS X 10.3.x
(Panther)...

Are you referring to the Preview application or to File/Print Preview
(or the Print Preview button) in an Office application?

If the Preview App, choose File/Print then put the range desired in the
From and To textboxes.

In Print Preview Mode of an Office application, you can do the same, but
you have other options as well, depending on the application. In Word,
you can choose "Current Page" or "Selection" in the Print dialog. In XL,
you can choose "Selection", "ActiveSheet" or "Current Workbook".
