How to printing specific pages in outlook 2007, not in memo format or by
viewing in browser. The old version works where you can select specific pages
rather than in memo format. Can anyone please help as i am printing odd pages
only and wasting a lot of paper (i only want to print page 1)

I believe the only way in OL 2007 is to view it in the browser. In Outlook
2003 and earlier, Outlook used IE's rendering engine for HTML and that engine
allowed selections and ranges in the Print widget. Plain Text and Rich Text
formats had to be converted to HTML in order to enjoy that feature. In
Outlook 2007, Word is the HTML renderer. The IE renderer still has the
ability to allow ranges or selections, so you must open the message in IE in
order to access that feature. In that way, it's no different than earlier
versions - the IE renderer's print supplies the feature.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your reply. I take it from what you say there is no way around
this other than viewing in the browser and using I.E's engine?
Cheers.

Alan.

As far as I know, that's the case.
