Printing Table Column Properties from Visio

I am using Visio Pro 2003 SP2. I have created a large ERD complete
with relationships and full column defintions with notes, etc. I now
need to get the table information, column defintions, Index defintions,
etc, exported so I can include them in a Requirements Document.

Does anyone know how to create a report or otherwise export the table
properties?

You must use Visio for Enterprise architect that comes with VS2005 for
enterprise architect.
