Printing Tasks - Subject and Notes Only

Now that another poster has shown me how to print multiple task items per
page my next challenge is how can I get just the Subject and the Notes to
print only.

Is there a way to design your own custom report

What I need is the following:

TASK TO DO LIST ---- PAGE 1

TASK - SUBJECT: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Note 1
Note 2
Note 3
-------- seperator line ----------------------

TASK - SUBJECT: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Note 1
Note 2
------ seperator line --------------------
TASK - SUBJECT: XXXXXXXXXX

Note 1
Note 2
Note 3
----------- seperator line --------------------
Page Break if necessary or else continue above pattern

Basically my unrelenting client does not want any of the dates or anything
else.
makes no sense to me how one know when something needs to be done by
when you don't include dates or times but thats what they want.
