How do I print a template that is set up for an 8.5x11 page, twice on an
8.5x11 page? (I'm wanting a duplicate of one template @ 5.5x4.25 each.)

I presume you are using Word? If so then in the Print dialog box enter a
page range of: 1,1 and then in the Zoom section in the drop down for Pages
Per Sheet select: 2 Pages.

I wasn't clear enough. I'm using an Excel template and printing invoices and
want to print 2 duplicate invoices per page.

Unfortunately it's not that easy in Excel. There isn't a feature available
that will do this for you as there is in Word. You'd either need to code a
solution or set your workbook up so the invoice is automatically duplicated.
A series of Paste Specials might do it for you. The first would be a Paste
Link, then use Paste Formats, then use Paste Column widths. That way if you
change the main invoice the linked copy is automatically updated.
