Printing the Gantt Chart

G

Gary

Is there any way of just being able to print out the Gantt chart or even
individual Gantt charts of individual projects without having to print out
all the columns of information as well.

Regards

Gary.

Hello Gary,

Drag the split bar as far left as you can. Also check File > Page
Setup, View tab and ensure the option "Print all sheet columns" and
"Print first x columns on all pages" are de-selected.

That being said, most folks to want to print at least the Task ID and
usually the name of the task -- otherwise the Gantt bars are a bit
tough to interpret.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hello Jeroen,

No, I believe you'd have to print in two shots. Once to get just the
task sheet view on A4 and another to get just the Gantt Chart portion.

Thanks for the information. However I would like to print out a gantt char
but choose from what date prints out. i.e. right now our project started last
year we only want to print out the Gantt chart from april1st on. However
project continues to show us the completed tasks form October of last year
and it is not relevant for our one page view.

Thanks for any help you can provide,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,

In the File > Print dialog box you should be able to select the date
range to print.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
