Printing the guidelines in Notebook view

Hi all,

I am a big fan of the Notebook format offered by Word 2004 for Mac. I
just purchased and installed it onto my laptop yesterday. However, I
would really like to print the things in notebook view with the
notebook gridlines, so that my print out actually looks like a
notebook. Is this possible? I am exhausted with trying to figure out
the trick!

Unfortunately, there's no way to do that.
