add them to my project notebook?"

I need to be able to do this in case my projects are audited by any

One way is to click the export to Excel icon in PWA on the main Issues page.
I think you need Excel 2003 for this functionality. However it creates a
list of your Issues in Excel that can be refreshed on demand from Excel.

A second way is to get your admin to create a View in SQL Server that
displays Issues for your Project. You can then use a little VBA code in
Excel or Word to read the list into Excel or Word. By adding a Command
button to your workbook or document you can refresh the list on demand.

Rod,

Thanks for the reply. However, let me clarify my request. I do not want to
print a list of the issues. I do not want to display the issues differently,
they are already displayed in either PWA or on the team web site in an
organized format. What I want to do is print out each and every individual
issue as it is already displayed in these existing views.

I can cut and paste them into a word document set up in landscape
orientation and they are ok I just thought there should be a better way to
print this information from the issues log without having to cut and paste
information from one microsoft application to another.
