Printing thumbnails

I'm sure this has been asked many times but I haven't found a solution:

Is there any way to print on A4 sheets either the Listing of slides which
appears on the left pane in 'Normal' view ?,

OR

any way to print the set of thumbnails which appear in 'Slide Sorter' view?

I'm using PP X for Mac SR1 on an iMac G4/700

Try printing handouts at 6 or 9 slides per page.
