Printing to a .PDF port

I installed a PDF writer. When I choose this device as the printer, Visio
2000 still prints to my paper printer(LPT1). If I paste the visio file to
WORD and print to the PDF port from their (Same printer choices appear in
both programs), it works fine. ( The Visio file is converted to a PDF
document). Uhhh, what's up?
