Printing to a Plotter

Hi all - I've got access to a HP DesignJet 500 plotter and am curious to see
whether anyone else has experience printing Tracking Gantts & Resource
Graphing to one of these plotters. The projects that I corral are typically

/= 6 mos., some going as long as 2 years or more. I conduct a bi-weekly

update with up-to-the-minute data for all engg staff, but would like to
explore some type of interim solution.

I envision printing a master project periodically - maybe on a 2-week
schedule - and certainly realize how quickly any printed output is outdated;
however, I do see value in being able to show PMs and staff at a glance how
well our projects are progressing and where we're allocating labor and
equipment resources.
