Printing to Adobe PDF printer

This starts out OK but hangs before completion. I tried removing and
adding the Adobe PDF printer. I am running Word v.X Release 1, Acrobat
6.0.3 and OSX 10.3.7. I believe this used to work under earlier
releases of Acrobat and OSX.
