Printing to alternate trays using a Catalogue Mail Merge

Nav

Hi

I have mailmerged a massive .csv file to create a massive (25Meg) .doc
file using the Catalogue method. I am now experiencing a problem where
'some' of the merged documents run over to a new page. Now i want to
set the first page of this merged document to print on headed paper
and the second sheet ( if any) on plain.
The original template i created was also two pages separated by a
column break. I have tried numerous techniques

i.e. Set the template attributes up to print to headed tray then plain
tray

Can someone help, im desperate

Thank you

Hi Nav,

I admit I have trouble following how you're running a catalog merge, and
the getting separate pages / record. Why not run a straight "Form
letter" type of merge? Nor do you tell us which version of Word you're
struggling with.

It's possible you'll need a macro to loop through the sections and set
this property in the merge result...
