Here’s the scenario:
- The user opens File1.doc and wants to print to a print device. She selects
the print device (printer2), selects the number of copies (3) and selects the
printer tray (2). She then sends the print job to printer2.
- She then closes that file and opens File2.doc (without closing Word). She
wants File2 to print to the default settings (settings prior to changes made
for File1.doc).
- It seems the default settings are overwritten while Word is open and are
not reset until the Word application is closed.
- I want to find out if there's a way to force Word to print to the default
settings on every document.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
