Situation:
Users print "regular" documents (letters, memos, etc) to printer A.
"Contracts" are printed in printer B. Both can be printed from the same
front-end. No problem here.
Problem:
Boss wants to print regular documents from Tray 1 of Printer A and
"Contracts" from Tray 2 of Printer A.
My IT guy said that he cannot set two printer configurations in Windows XP
"contracts" are preprinted forms that are filled by the Access report.
Regular documents are printed in blank paper.
Question.
How can I set the printer's tray to tray 1 or tray 2?
