Printing to HP LaserJet 2300 or 2430 errors only in Outlook

All PCs on same patch-level Windows 2000 SP4 and Office XP SP3 but one out of
about 7 is having a problem only when prinitng in Outlook. It is intermittent
Print could fail and then OK message and re-send and it will go through.
"There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup..." Not
fixed to either HTML or Plain Text e-mails. The only difference between this
machine and all the others is that the user is using ActiveSync 4.1 with
Orange SPV C600 Smartphone. The only thing I can think is that it is sending
stuff either way that is trying to work at exactly the same time as the print
is sent and failed. The User is trying with the phone unplugged but I thought
I would see if anyone else had experienced this before.

Sorry I forgot to say. He was having the problem with a networked Laserjet
2300dtn and we had an office move and the problem is now also occurring with
a Laserjet 2430dtn (networked). Both printers are essentially the same
machine I think but this is only occurring in Outlook and only for this one
person. Both printers had ficed IPs and were added using Add a Network
Printer and found on the network.
