When printing to the printer. Works fine. When printing the same file to PDF
I lose all my text info and some of the date info...why? using project 03
pro, and adobe 7 pro. Are there some settings in the converting tool that
need adjusting? Can email a screen grab if needed.

Hi Colin,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Please see FAQ Item: 44. Printing Problems

If it's OK in Print Preview then it's the PDF settings at fault - make
certain you have the latest PDF driver.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on:)

Colin,

Go to Print>Select Adobe PDF>Properties>Layout>Advanced>Graphic: Print
quality, change to 144dpi or 72dpi. This should help

Don't know how you know this crap, but hot damn you're good!!! My headache is
begining to wear off, and I didn't need a glass of Scotch to do it.

One of my colleagues actually told me about it - I could take the glory for
it, but we are all still learning about MSProject and glad to pass on any
info I get to help fellow planners

Thanks for this info... I had the same problem and banged my head for an hour
before thinking to search the discussion group.
