How do I modify the taskpad info in the Tri-fold stlye format?
galslvrfx said:Milly -
I want to print from Calendar a tri-fold style with a single day, week or
month time period that includes ONLY the open tasks for the chosen day(s).
Currently, no matter what setting I use for the on screen display, when I
print my tasks STILL include ALL tasks completed or not.
I believe I used to be able to do this from work using 2003 Pro but, can't
remember if it was before or after we upgraded to 2007.
Thanks,
Catch up tomorrow...≡)' For me it is already tomorrow!

I have Outlook 2007 here at home but Outlook 2003 at work where I can
check
tomorrow and get back to you.

outlook 2007 doesn't have the task pad but it will include the items shown
in the view - so if you create a view that filters out anything not due
today, outlook will include what you see. Right click on the field names in
the to-do bar's taskspad and create the filter on the advanced tab. If you
just want to remove completed items, date completed and flag completed date
fields both use 'does not exist' criteria. To filter by due date, use due
date field.

WOW! More words cannot describe it! ≡)'
Even though the View setting from top toolbar is set correctly you still
need to customize the setting from the actual taskbar on the page. Then
to
top it off, it is only temporary! If you navigate away from calendar to
inbox and back it resets???!
:-((
Two things:
Can it be set as default?
Will this NOT occur in 2007?
Thank you for helping me with this.
