Hello, I have recently upgraded an Access 97 application to Access 2003. One
of the clients remote offices (UK) goes though Citrix to run the access
front-end.
The users have their default printer set to paper type of A4. When they
open Word and go to File -->> Print...(which opens the print dialog screen)
they see the paper setting is set to A4. When in the access application and
reviewing a report and going to the print dialog it says paper size is Letter
instead of A4.
Any ideas why this is happening?
