printing vertically in word doc

I'm trying to make a flyer to sell something. I want to put those little
"pulloff" hanging things on the bottom of the page, so people can pull off
the item description and phone number (so they can call at a later time).

How do I make the words and phone numbers on the bottom print vertically,
while the top of the flyer is printing horizontally?? Thanks.

Insert a one-row table with the desired number of columns. In each cell, use
the Format | Text Direction command to rotate the text.
