Printing Weekly Calendar, 2 pages to a week, beginning with Sunday

I have just read all the threads available on printing Sundays first. Very
helpful information. However, I like to print 2 pages/week so that my
columns are longer and easier on the eyes. When I select this option in
"Define Styles", I get Sunday-Thursday. With the 1 page/week, it works like
a charm. Does anybody know how to print 2 pages/week and still get the
Sundays first?
