Printing - what am I doing wrong?

So I have a basic flowchart. All of the items are on the grid paper on the screen. The grid paper starts at 0 and goes to 8 1/2" horizontally and 11" vertically. When I print, only half of the thing prints on the paper...the bottom half. I dont know what I am doing wrong especially since I just got this program AND I have restarted the program several times AND started new flowcharts just to make sure I didn't do something.
