Printing with MAC Word

C

claire.doan

Hi there.

I am having problems with printing. When I click on the print
shortcut, or go to File then Print, Word doesn't allow me to specify
the number of pages, copies, etc. It just goes straight to printing,
which makes it a hassle if I'm trying to print ten copies of a
document.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

Hi Claire:

By default, the one on the toolbar is supposed to be "Quick Print" which
should fire one copy off to the default printer.

The one on the File menu is supposed to be the "Print" command which should
bring up the dialog box.

You can simply drag the command you want to either the menu or the toolbar.
Look up "Customize" in the Help to see how to do it. The topic you want is
"Add or remove buttons, menus, and commands".

Cheers
